Terms of Service

These General Terms regulate the relationships between „Dot Com Services Ltd“ ("The Company") and the clients regarding the services provided: website creation, web hosting, support and related consultations.

1) Conclusion of a contract

• A contract is considered concluded when the offer/order is accepted, the contract is signed or confirmed by email/system and the payment is made according to the terms.
• The specifics of the project (scope, deadlines, stages, acceptance/delivery) are regulated in the task/Statement of Work.

2) Obligations of the client

• To provide timely content, materials and access.
• To guarantee that the provided content does not infringe the rights of third parties and complies with the law.
• To comply with the technical and legal requirements for the use of the services.

3) Hosting and accessibility

Accessibility is provided under good practices and reasonable efforts. Planned or emergency interruptions for support, security or factors beyond control (force majeure/suppliers) are possible. Guarantees are regulated in the specific contract/SLA.

4) Intellectual property

• Unless otherwise agreed, the copyright over the final materials is transferred after full payment. The source code may be licensed/transferred according to the contract.
• The Company reserves the right to refer to the project as a reference/portfolio, unless written by the client.

5) Data and privacy

The processing of personal data is performed in accordance with the applicable legislation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy (if applicable on the website).
