Colors

  • CMYK ISO Coated v2 (FOGRA39) or according to the specified profile
  • Spot/Pantone for brand-critical zones
  • Overprint/Trapping according to the material

Geometry

  • Bleed: 3–5 mm; safe areas: ≥ 3 mm
  • Die-cut in a separate layer/color (100% spot)
  • Lines ≥ 0.25 pt; text ≥ 6 pt (min.)

Images

  • 300 dpi for print, 600 dpi for fine details
  • Vector for logo/icons; no RGB in the final PDF
  • Embedded fonts; outline if needed

Acceptance criteria

Checks before sending to print.

  • PDF/X with the specified profile; missing links = 0
  • Bleed/safe areas and die-cuts are correct
  • Color roles and brand specifications are followed
  • Typography and numbering are checked
  • Prototype approved (mockup/paper)
  • Production notes to the printer
