Geometry
- Bleed: 3–5 mm; safe areas: ≥ 3 mm
- Die-cut in a separate layer/color (100% spot)
- Lines ≥ 0.25 pt; text ≥ 6 pt (min.)
Images
- 300 dpi for print, 600 dpi for fine details
- Vector for logo/icons; no RGB in the final PDF
- Embedded fonts; outline if needed
Acceptance criteria
Checks before sending to print.
- PDF/X with the specified profile; missing links = 0
- Bleed/safe areas and die-cuts are correct
- Color roles and brand specifications are followed
- Typography and numbering are checked
- Prototype approved (mockup/paper)
- Production notes to the printer
